Our 12 inch diameter check valve replacement went well using the SMP valve out flange spreading tool. The guys reported that job was much safer, easier, and quicker. I am not not even sure how long this would have taken without this swell tool since the valve was in between a header and mounted pump. We were also concerned that the adjacent plug valve was going to present an issue due to it not having normal flange but everything went great!
